During the football seasons 1987-1989, Sergey played for the Belarus national junior league. While serving in the USSR Army, the Air Force football team where he participated became the Soviet Union Army champions. In 2010, Sergey graduated from the MBO Massage School in Philadelphia, PA, founded by Boris Sonis LMT, and became a licensed massage therapist in the State of Pennsylvania.
For the next 5 years, Sergey went on to become one of the leading sports massage therapists for the Eagles, the 76-ers, and the Indiana Pacers (basketball), working in their pre-season training camps as well as treating the athletes in their post-game massage sessions.
Presently, Sergey owns and successfully runs Discover Touch, a private sports massage practice in Philadelphia, focusing on mobility and stretching techniques.
