    No walk-ins.
Service rates are subject to change.
Our therapists will be grateful for your cash tips following the service.
We do not work with any health insurance providers.

  • Arrival / Late Arrival

Please plan to arrive to your appointment 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
If you arrive late to your appointment, time may be deducted from your session. You will be charged the full amount for your session.

  • Cancellations/ Late Cancellations/ No Show

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24-hour cancellation notice.

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you. We value your business and appreciate your cooperation. Missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients. In addition, our therapists only get paid when they deliver a service.

We recognize that sometimes life brings us circumstances that are out of our control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.). If an emergency arises, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention.

  • Refunds

No refunds are given for services rendered.
If you must cancel less than 24 hrs prior to your appointment, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for another suitable day.

  • Informed Consent

Informed consent is a permission which has been given after certain conditions have been met. The primary condition is that the decision-maker (a client) has been informed about the risks, benefits, costs, alternatives, and any other information that they need so that they can make an informed decision.

Massage therapy is a relatively safe health and wellness intervention. However, the informed consent is required to protect both our clients and therapists.

Providing necessary information to a client protects them from injury, or from receiving a service that they may not have really wanted. It allows the client to weigh the risks, benefits, and costs.

Informed consent also protects a massage therapist legally in certain circumstances because it demonstrates that the client agreed to receive the service after the therapist made a deliberate effort to provide the client with all the information they needed to agree to the procedure. Informed consent is a fundamental ethics and legal component of any health and wellness practice. Therefore, all Wellness Solutions clients are required to review and complete the Informed Consent Form before receiving massage therapy services.

    More reasons for Informed Consent:

    - to establish trust and good therapist-client communication, rapport, and collaboration.

    - to support shared decision-making.

    - to ensure accurate client expectations.

    - to avoid surprises or misunderstandings.

    - to reinforce client bodily autonomy and empower the client.

If you are a first-time client, please review and complete our Informed Consent Form.

  • Gift Certificates

Wellness Solutions does not offer gift certificates.

  • Confidentiality

Our therapists always maintain the privacy and confidentiality of clients and their personal health information. All client visits, their health history and information are kept strictly confidential and is securely protected in compliance with the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004 (PHIPA). As such, we will not discuss your information and visit details with anybody without your express permission, unless it is required by law.

  • Zero Tolerance Policy/ Sexual Harassment and Abuse

Wellness Solutions strictly adheres to the Code of Ethics set forth for our profession and has strong conviction that the therapists and their clients must not engage in any type of intimate relationships. Massage therapy has no sexual aspect, it is a therapeutic process by nature. We have a Zero Tolerance policy for sexual harassment of any kind, including but not limited to solicitations for extras, suggestive comments, or inappropriate touch. We do not condone or perform any kind of massage that could be even remotely associated with sexual massage, under no circumstances.

Please understand that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, comments, questionable sexual discussion, advances, or gestures are grounds for immediate termination of the session and report to the company’s management. Payment in full is to be paid for the scheduled session. No refunds. Client’s refusal can result in reporting to the authorities for trespassing and such person will be banned from booking any further appointments.

A session will not be conducted if the client is intoxicated, displaying intimidating verbal harassment, using drugs, threatening the safety of the therapist, the safety of others, or becomes a danger to themselves.

  • Respect for Client’s Needs and Boundaries

We respect the professional boundaries that exist between therapist and client and expect same from our clients.

During the treatment session it is client’s full right to modify treatment or stop entirely, ask questions about your treatment, ask therapist to modify the pressure of the massage. We will be happy to adjust room/table temperature, music volume, work longer on a given body area or move on at your request.

Please note that myofascial release is performed with a client dressed in activewear. Other massage techniques may be performed with a client wearing underwear. The client will always be modestly draped, and only the area being massaged will be undraped.

  • Illness Policy

If you or someone in your care is feeling unwell, has fever, or other symptoms that might be contagious, please stay home and call us to cancel/reschedule your treatment appointment as soon as possible.

All work surfaces in treatment rooms are sanitized between clients. All linens and towels are used for one session before being laundered. Hand washing takes place before, after, and occasionally during a session.

The sick policy is strictly enforced. However, as some viruses can be contagious while the carrier is asymptomatic, there are no guarantees against contracting illness, even with the most utmost care. Please take this into consideration if you or your loved ones have compromised immune systems.

We look forward to serving you!
